The cat is turning into the multicolored owl. This painting arose out of a dream I had about my cat after it had died. I was grieving for my cat and had asked for a dream to help me overcome my grief. That night I dreamt I was walking in a moonlight forest and my cat was on a tree limb turning into a multicolored bird. I woke up happy and painted this image.
